The CRA Online software, source code, database design, game mechanics and round machine, card set (names, text, values, capacities and requirements), card frames and artwork, deck skins, framework clause libraries and mappings, scoring model, report structure and all written copy are the intellectual property of the project owner and are protected by copyright and related rights. “CRA Online” and the associated marks and visual identity are used as trade marks of the project owner.

You are granted a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to:

• join a workshop you have been invited to;
• run internal, non-commercial workshops for your own organisation where an approved facilitator account has been issued to you; and
• use the reports and exports of your own sessions inside your organisation.

Without a separate written commercial licence from the project owner you may not: charge a fee for facilitating sessions or bundle them into paid consulting, training or assurance engagements; host, resell, sublicense or offer the software as a service; use the cards, artwork, clause sets or scoring model in another product, deck or publication (digital or physical); or use the material for competing product development or model training.

Paid facilitation will be offered through an official paid facilitator tier. Until then, commercial use requires written permission — request it through the feedback form.

You may not copy, decompile, reverse engineer, scrape or redistribute the software or its content, nor create derivative decks or adaptations, except where such restriction is prohibited by law.

CRA Online is built on open-source components that remain under their own licences. Those licences apply to those components only and grant no rights over the CRA Online game content described above.

Rights not expressly granted are reserved. Breach terminates this licence immediately. For licensing enquiries, permissions or takedown requests, use the feedback form on this site and select “Commercial / licensing”.
