This policy explains what we collect when you run or join a CRA Online workshop.

Who we are
CRA Online is operated by the project owner (“we”). Questions about this policy can be sent through the feedback form on this site.
What we collect
Facilitators. Email address, display name, sign-in identifiers from Google or Apple if used, and your workshop activity (workshops created, allowance used, team members you register).
Participants. The display name you enter, the seat key or workshop code used, a random device identifier used to stop a seat being shared, the email address your facilitator supplied if they issued keys by email, and everything you contribute during play — cards presented, maturity ratings, votes, notes and comments.
Technical. Standard server and error logs needed to keep the service running.
Why we collect it
To run the workshop live across every table, to keep seats and rooms secure, to produce the session report and exports, and to support and improve the product.
Who can see it
Facilitators see the data of the workshops they run (and their registered team members do too). Tabletop admins see facilitator accounts, workshop counts, participant counts and feedback — not the content of your workshop discussions. We do not sell data and do not use it for advertising.
Processors
Hosting, database, authentication and email delivery are provided by our infrastructure partners under contract. Optional AI assistance (drafting clause sets and report narrative) sends workshop text to a model provider solely to produce that output.
Retention
Workshop data is kept while the facilitator needs it for reporting and is deleted when the facilitator deletes the workshop or on request. Facilitator accounts are kept until closed.
Your choices
Exports are anonymised by default. You can ask your facilitator to remove your seat, or contact us via the feedback form to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data.
Children
CRA Online is a professional workshop tool and is not intended for children.
